Cultural organizations can be affected by experiences of trauma. Developing a trauma-informed workplace can increase resilience among workers and provide them with much needed support. In this chapter, Dr. Tanisha Thelemaque explains what a trauma-informed workplace looks like and how organizations can implement helpful strategies.
